Luna Viewer Moved to Github

Moved Luna’s sourcecode to Github.  Although the buildscripts don’t really like git, I think it’ll work okay.

Why Github?

It’s free, doesn’t look like shit, has a built-in wiki, social commenting bullshit like Google, and supports Git (which is a fuckload faster than both SVN and Mercurial combined).  Plus, it’s a lot easier to manage and we get unlimited storage.

I also removed Luna’s ability to log into Second Life and added a clickwrap disclaimer on bootup in case one of you smartasses wants to log into Second Life.
