[Update @ 8/22 4:25PM] All systems working, software has been updated as well. Turns out that the kernel panic’d, probably due to lighttpd tripping over it’s hugely engorged cock, but I fucked up GRUB’s conf file so it went into a continual reboot cycle. Should be fine now. Sorry for the inconvinience.
[Update @ 8/22 11:50AM] Webserver appears to be completely dead. Hopefully the RAID drives are still intact, but I’m just not sure. Thankfully, yesterday, the MySQL database was completely backed up, but I’m still not sure about the website files. Unfortunately, I will not be able to physically access the servers until the 28th. Sorry.
[Update @ 8/22 10:10AM] Systems still offline, but I got in contact with my father. He’s rolling out of bed and will be rebooting it.
Our Primary Webserver is offline. I am unable to get any response whatsoever from all services hosted on that box. As I am unable to directly intervene in my current situation, I will be asking my father to complete a simple reboot of the box in hopes that will clear up any large, blocking processes.
Primary webserver houses the following services:
IRC is currently unaffected aside from a loss in services, which is unavoidable due to a loss of SSH access. I highly doubt this was an attack by anyone, as it seems more like my HTTP optimizations fucked something up.
